This policy applies from the time you have received a package with your order. If you have not received a package yet, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Please note that we do not accept return or exchange requests except for the two reasons provided below:
- If you have received a damaged item.
- If you have received a wrong item (different item from the one your ordered).
If any of these two cases apply, you are required to send a return request email to stfminiatures@gmail.com within thirty (30) days after package tracking indicates you have received your order. Your email must include attached photos of the miniatures and the package to your email in order to process any return or refund.
Most damaged miniatures can be easily reattached using superglue. You may opt to keep a damaged or wrong item. Your request will be resolved based on the following rules.
- If you wish to keep a damaged item instead of returning it, we offer a $10 partial refund for covering the cost of reattaching your miniatures. Your partial refund will be processed with 1-2 business days after receipt of your email indicating that you wish to keep your item.
- If you wish to keep a wrong item instead of returning it, we offer a partial refund covering as a minimum the price difference of the item you ordered and the item you received. Your partial refund will be processed with 1-2 business days after receipt of your email indicating that you wish to keep your item.
- If you still prefer to return the item you received, a free return label will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days after receipt of your request. You are required to print and attach to the package. Goods must be returned unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for the return and to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged so as to avoid damage in transit. For any goods returned as faulty, goods will be inspected before any refunds or replacements will be made. We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit to us. A full refund or an exchange item upon availability will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
In your email, please indicate which out of the three options you prefer. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for packages with unpaid customs charges including applicable import duties and local taxes.
