Shipping Policy

This policy applies from the time you have placed your ordered. If you have already received your package, please refer to our Return Policy.

We ship orders within 1-2 business days after checkout is successfully completed and funds have been received. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Orders ship from our headquarters in Texas or from an external third-party fulfilment provider network with warehouses located in New Jersey. Shipping notifications with tracking numbers are issued once the shipment is dispatched. Based on item location and order placing time, we may or may not be able to combine separately placed orders or items to ship together at our discretion. Delivery times vary based on destination. Please refer to the corresponding sections below for more details.

Cancellations

Cancellations are available only before items have been received by the shipping carrier as indicated by the corresponding order tracking records. You may cancel your order by sending an email to stfminiatures@gmail.com within one (1) hour after your order is placed. A full refund will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving your email. If more than one (1) hour from placing your order has passed, we reserve the right to reject your cancellation request as your order might have already shipped. Cancellations prior to dispatch will be accepted on catalog items. Cancellations will not be accepted once orders have been dispatched. For special and custom orders, cancellations will not be accepted.

US Shipping

FREE shipping is provided for US domestic orders. The expected delivery times are 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped. This may take longer during busy periods such as release weeks, Christmas and Black Friday sales. Most domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail. Larger shipments may ship via other carriers or services based on availability and weight restrictions. A signature might be required at the receipt of a package delivery.

International Shipping

A $9.00 flat rate shipping fee is imposed on all international orders. The expected delivery times vary by destination but are usually limited to 25 business days excluding delays that might be caused by local customs clearance procedures. Most international orders ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service. Our webstore set prices do not include duties and taxes (e.g. Value Added Tax). Many countries tax both the product and the shipping cost. You are responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for any customs charges and import taxes that may apply to your shipment before placing any orders as you will be responsible for paying these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid fees, then we will not be able to refund your order or send it again.

Delays and missing items

Dispatch dates may vary depending on stock availability and public holidays. You may use the following service to track your package using the tracking number of your order that is provided upon checkout:

After, the shipping carrier is in possession of your item we kindly ask for your patience in case your order is delayed. We do not accept any cancellation or refund requests for delays in your order. However, we will be glad to assist with any issue that may arise with your order. Two common cases include:

  1. Tracking has not been updated for a long time and package might be lost. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund which will be processed 1-2 business days after the package has been confirmed to be lost by the carrier.
  2. Tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it. In this case, you are not entitled to a refund.
